“Energy moves in cycles, circles, spirals, vortexes, whirls, pulsations, waves, and rhythms—rarely if ever in simple straight lines.” Life doesn't move straight forward, curveballs are thrown at us all the time. Enjoy this quirky practice that is all about moving outside the box. Rainbows, twirly squats, lots of core, splits, and tons of arm balances.
Open outer hip muscles in external rotation for big arm balances such as Eka Pada Galavasana, Koundinyasana and Astravakrasana (you know these right?! lol) work the spine in flexion and extension for arm balances and backbends. Strong core, hip opening and upper back stretching.
Peak Pose: Eka Pada Galavasana (flying pigeon) and Pincha Mayurasana w/ pigeon (forearm stand)
