In classic yoga, we use hop forward and back to build stability in the middle while learning to get lighter and more graceful on the mat. In this session we use socks and blocks to move through a series of core exercises that build from the ground up. You'll tackle such postures as lolasana, Surya Namaskara A and sprinkle in toe-taps, split slides, plank variations, and hope throughs and press backs to build strength, tone the waist muscles and create a deeper sense of stability and grace. Very hard, very fun.
