This is a quick go to flow that intros yogis to all the fan favorite poses we practice regularly. This is a simple practice to do to build heat and open the body. Do it to warm up pre-workout or on days when you don't have a lot of time but want a yoga pick-me-up. Catch a buzz yogis!
This one is fun! We use bilateral and unilateral coordination to tone the circumference of the core and hips to tone everything in the middle of the body. These workouts are so good for building stability and balance which is key to anti-aging. Do this one super often please. xoxo
