Ganesha is my favorite Hindu deity because he represents moving past the obstacles the come our way. This challenging flow is about finding equanimity even when faced with adversity.
Class Focus: Ganesha mudra helps us open the front of the chest and shoulder heads in this rhythmic flow that glides you smoothly across your mat. Check in with some curtsy snap cartwheels 🤸♀️ on the mat (if you have limited space just make them hops) and spring ups to straddle press handstand. Use all of that to spring up into handstand tucks or hugs at the top of the mat.
