Class Focus: Give it up to my fiery Leo's with this Lion themed class. Lion's pose in yoga is called Simhasana. We begin with a kundalini jam called lion's paw sprinkled in with some breath of fire for extra sass. Then we use our paws to putter across the mat playing with cross diagonal balance. Lion's breath, hugs, and arm balances all culminate for a good time! Remember to always live your life according to your own light!
