Physical Purpose: this is a full body unwind. You'll target and stretch all the major muscles of the upper chest, shoulders side body, and legs. Creative stretch movements to begin with a little heart lift from blocks that allow us to gently take our hips into full range of motion. Do a great block assist twist with some deep shoulder opening, Floss shoulders, do some wrist Rx, use your mat for some serious calf opening, and then rinse out whatever you ate with a belly detox. This is a great gentle class to do often as a great active recovery to heavy workouts or to simply detangling knots throughout the body.
