Deliberate work in this class to set us up for a super strong arm balance called Mayurasana. We use a block in between our legs, hands and chest to create tone to the arms, core and legs. "Hug the muscles to the bones" to firm to the midline so you can create a long line with your legs in the balance. We use a wall to help float and then use blocks to give us a big chest opening in Urdhva Dhanurasana or full Wheel. Great strength training class.
