Personal Note: The pandemic took a toll on my mental health and left me questioning myself - a lot. Having basic survival needs stripped away, like an income, thieved me of joy. My inner dialogue has never been worse and my anxiety has been extreme. Each day I question: Am I enough? Will I survive?

Enjoy a fun arm variation and lots of movement across the mat. Hip dips, claps, circling rainbows, and funky forearm plank poses, and ankle holds, this one will work out any negative self-talk holding you back and tune you into your innate strength and resiliance!
