We use the mudra of Unshakable Faith to fire up our courage for a plethora of arm balances today. This practice weaves in fun, creative core transitions throughout the class to educate us on the anatomy we need to engage and execute these arm balances both safely and effectively. Notice the repetition of conscious cues to remind you of what needs to be working. We use our shoulder stretching to attempt Bird of Paradise (B.O.P.) at the wall and then in the middle of the room.
