A well-rounded upper body and core boost that focuses on push exercises with core stability to create strength and to tone the muscles of the chest, back and shoulders.
Class Focus: We dive into the muscles on the upper side body and in between the shoulder blades for strength. These muscles are super important for arm balancing along with our ability to push the ground away and stay up as we stack our body weight. We use dynamic pushups integrated with abs (how do you like that?!) and then move into core stabilizer work on the back and twists (these core exercises should make your back feel good). Found things off with forearm planks and Vashistasana hip dips and marching men to complete a strong but balanced boost. Enjoy!
