Quick Yoga Flows

Each week join me and one of our community yogis for an inspiring quick flow. Beauty flows are designed to be practiced on days when you have less time and/or when you want a little less demanding of a practice. These flows are fantastic for creating a supple, open feeling and are great as active recovery from hard stressing workouts. I hope each one uplifts and elevates your day!
