A quick, off the cuff, class designed for a truly maginficent human being. Rob Goldman is the type of person who's charm, kindness and heartfelt generosity uplifts everyone he comes in contact with. A regular to my morning classes in West Hollywood, California. Goldman (as I prefer to call him) would show up hours earlier than the class time of 9:30am to get his favorite spot in the front row of class. He would wait patiently, reading a novel, while others streamed in. He is forever in a great mood, and by far the friendliest person you'll ever meet at a yoga class. Rob is also fully dedicated to the yoga practice and loves to learn new and challenging postures. Over the years, Goldman and his husband Walter, have become a pillar of support in my life; and as a couple, they truly embody the idea of the LOVE that I wish to have in my own life some day. I speak on behalf of anyone who knows him when I say that he is truly a Unicorn in this world.
Featured with me is Sequential Body Sarah Guzik from Weho, Cali.
