Working your body to a point of exhaustion is not healthy or good for your overall well-being. This is a quick recovery class to detox the tissues and muscles of the low back. If you are suffering from a tight, achey lower back than this is the perfect tonic to rejuvenate it. An excellent recovery class for those of you standing on your feet all day, sitting at a desk, or working out hard doing cardio or lifting.
Class Focus: This class will move through a series of stretches to lengthen the hamstrings, side body, hips, inner thighs, and low back region. Focus on soothing breaths as you move through gentle twists, side bends and supine stretches. Get cozy and keep the lights dim and your eyes closed as much as you can to relax your nervous system. Enjoy and make sure to drink water and rest after.
