Class Focus: A well-rounded flow that touches on everything. We begin with a healthy dose of heart opening as we extend the spine and stretch the quadriceps and then use that to aim up to our highest selves. Squeezing/Firming in are key to this practice as we start to send the energy upwards for inversions and backbends. Use the blocks to break down the architecture of Crow and Side Crow and then take it to the wall for some fun handstand and Pincha Mayurasana variations (thunderbolt legs). We end with a big ole backbend, Viparita Dandasana.
