Class Focus: Spinal undulations for days to wake up the upper chest and spine. We use a ton of creative movements in this one to find external rotation through the legs and long lines. Add a dash of crow, forearm planks galore and Navasana sprinkled in to lead you up into a HOLY MOLY compass moment. This class is a personal favorite, lol like all of them.
