Class Focus: This class begins with a healthy dose of core on our side hips and back. Tap into your strength (Manipura Chakra) first so that you can catch your balance in asymmetrical forearm planks with elbow knee taps which turn into wild things that turn into serving it up and curtsy snap twists at the top of the mat. Our peak pose is an asymmetrical one legged crow and Tittibahasana (firefly pose) and then we top it all off with a smooth pincha myurasanana. Try a little Scale pose at the end (which is full lotus lifted) and then cool things off.
