Dharma Theme: This class is a great one for strengthening your backbend and inversion practice. Lots of advanced subtle nuances to really lift you up with confidence.
Physical Purpose: Start by slowing down for a moment and tuning in. Prep your body thoroughly for inversions by starting on slow on your back to release the entire lower body. Strong core work, wrist stretches, planks, wide straddle headstand, lizards and hoping up from blocks. It's a doozy but really necessary to get these things to balance smoothly.
