Physical Purpose: Criss cross all the the things in this spicy flow that really works the lower and upper body. You start off with a heavy dose of criss crossed leg core and then move into planks with plenty of knee taps, side bends, and well-rounded standing flow with half wheel flips. Work your way into several versions of crow and pay close attention to the nuances of lifting and balancing. Really repeat this one to master crow.
