What can you pour yourself into when things get tough? For me, it's teaching and practicing yoga. This class is all about reinventing what we do to serve us when we need to get out of our head and recreate a new experience.
Funky lunges morph to wild things to fallen triangles all the way to warrior 2 and beyond. This one is crazy and wild with many twists and turns to get you sweaty and make you move in many directions. Expect sneaky core and really fun curtsy handstand snaps.
