Owning up to who we truly are can be difficult, but we have to lean into our feelings to transform ourselves. Instead of the sitting on the sidelines, I encourage you to do each part of this class. Meet every single pose without judgment, and simply attempt what you can.
Class Focus: This second chakra class is all about water and movement and correlates to the hips and pelvis. We begin with a heavy dose of core to warm up the third chakra. Then we do some creative hydrant hip openers to fallen triangle, rainbows and deep temple poses. Use the fun transitions to lead to straddle press handstands, Bird of Paradise (BOP), Vashis and more straddle press pinches.
