Class focus: Prana Mudra helps us to learn external rotation of the arms to hold the shoulders in the socket. We use this to create a fun, body shimmy that will make you giggle. Lots of side body and hip opening to rinse out stagnation and make us feel loose and open. Side twists help us to open our illiopsoas, IT band and hip flexors. Work up to compass Eka Pada Koundinyasana and Pincha Mayurasana.
