Class focus: lotus mudra with deep hips to create half and full lotus variations. This class anatomically works external rotation of the hips to lengthen hamstrings, quadriceps and inner thighs for lotus variations. Deep twists are also incorporated to create core strength as we move it into
funky Dwi Pada Koundinyasana (half lotus side crow) variation. This is a longer flow with fun movements such as skandasanas, fallen triangles, air trees to chatturangas and hops into handstand to make it super challenging. Work up to headstand with a lotus variation or possibly Kukkutasana.
