Emilie Perz | Flow + Fitness

Emilie Perz is an international yoga educator and movement therapist based in Southern California. She is the founder of Sequential Body and was introduced to yoga to ease her anxiety following her father's death in her early teens.

Her vast knowledge of yoga and anatomy, infectious positivity, and creative and fun sequences have gained her a dedicated following. Emilie's highly sought-after classes and teacher trainings have also earned her a nod as one of Los Angele's Top Yoga Instructors.

She has over 1000 hours of continuing yoga education, emphasizing orthopedic rehabilitation of the shoulder, hip, and spine, and has served as a lead teacher trainer for several yoga institutions, including YogaWorks, Yoga Medicine, and Equinox. In 2018, Emilie created the anatomy curriculum for the Equinox 200hr yoga trainings worldwide.

Her teaching style blends traditional yoga philosophy with innovative and specialized movements to fuse her knowledge in eastern and western medicine. Emilie believes yoga is the path to lifelong health and longevity and makes her practices accessible for everybody.
