Dharma Theme: Satya or Truth isn't always easy to do. The truth can feel itchy and painful but the reality is it fits and when we wear it everything falls into alignment.
Physical Purpose: Begin with shoulder and side body flossing, then lots of inner thigh exercises to prep our hips for a wacky arm balance. Creative core work will help us to grab that foot by the end of class (just you wait ;) and you'll thread in an extra special flow that moves fast and strengthens your glutes and legs.
