Physical Purpose: Sculpt your arms and build necessary strength in the upper back and chest with this upper body flow. You'll target your core and shoulder strength at the time with vashi forward fold conditioning moves and some spicy chatturangas. Twists galore from the upper back to give you a nice rinse after a week of shrugging at your desk, or in your car, or on a couch. You'll get plenty of chest/back/shoulder stretches in this one too. Great for those of you working on arm balances.
