This workshop is all about skills, drills and techniques used for handstand. We discuss both the anatomy and muscular engagement needed to begin balancing this posture off the wall and in the middle of the room. This workshop is not about fancy attempts to balancing but about skill in action. That means we will engage, invest and repeat the lessons until we reach our goal, which is off the wall balancing. Use this workshop as a way to educate yourself on the roots and rebounds needed to tackle the physics of balance.
