Physical Purpose: Tons of twists with a blanket to aid the organs of digestion and give them a nudge to kick into gear. Lots of yummy soothing movements to open the shoulders, neck, hip flexors, etc. This one ends with a huge belly backbend variation that you'll need a strap for. I highly recommend this as a night class after a long day to shake off stress or on the weekends to recalibrate and create balance.
