Class focus: Prayer hands help us to flow in and out of poses. Start with some creative puttering on the hands and knees making figure four shapes and toning the side body. We hit it with some temple poses on tip toes, ankle crossed crows, rainbows, curtsy snaps and eagle legs in pincha and headstand. End with a big finisher: Eka Pada Galavasana (flying pigeon) to Eka Pada Koundinyasana on blocks and then hop through to Navasana! This flow is super fun for connecting to ourselves and our energetic actions.
