Let's pump the brakes on our hectic busy days and take a moment to re:focus and open. This class calls upon us to do just that.
Class Focus: breath work (pranayama) to begin with major shoulder flossing we use some extra fancy shoulder swings to shake off the tamas (heavy energy) and open our side bodies. A dash of core work followed by some heavy external rotation of the hips gives us a class of low back release. This one is perfect to do after a day of cardio or even standing on your feet. Enjoy the soothing ending psoas and hamstring opening.
