For many of us, overworking and extenuating ourselves mentally, physically, and energetically can be a continuously hard habit to break. In this class, I encourage you to tune in and set some mindful intentions for your week that relate more to finding balance. If we can stop before we begin, and allow ourselves an opportunity to become aligned within, then we can be better partners, parents, workers, friends.
Use a block to begin to unwind your neck and explore making space in the chest muscles. Then explore some creative leg exercises to lubricate the hips deep and even tap into some core to create strength to support us through the week. Lots of mobility exercises in this one to really loosen things up so we feel gooey and free of tension in our bodies.
