8.1 You are the Captain of your mind's adventures. Steady sailing is our theme as we cruise in and out of postures. This practice brings all the drama with it. From leaving the port of our attachments to heading into the depths of murky water and being able to wrangle ourselves in to calm seas.
Class Focus: Core work in the opening sets us up for deep hip and side body work grease us up for compass, lizards, triangles and other externally rotated postures lead us into Koundinyasana variations.
